Set-up Instructions

Follow our set-up instructions and you can be up and running in 30 mins.

Step 1. Change your default password

We take security seriously, before doing anything else change your password on the 'Account' page.

Step 2. Ensure payments get to you

Go to the 'Payments' page to create an account with our payment processor, Stripe. This should take 10-15 mins.

Step 3. Create your plans

Now that you've connected a Stripe account you can add your plans.

You can add as many plans as you like but we recommend 2-4. For each plan specify whether it will be delivered daily, weekly or monthly. Give it a name and state the price that customers will be charged at each renewal, the price should be inclusive of any VAT and delivery fees. You can optionally include an image and a short description to let customers know what it includes.

Step 4. Design your store

Use the 'Design' page to define your colour palette, upload a logo and images and refine the text that will appear on your store's page.

Use the 'Preferences' panel to ask your customers about their likes and dislikes at sign-up. Enter one question per line, each question will be presented to your customers with options to say 'Yes', 'No', 'Undecided', remember to make sure the questions you ask can be answered in that way.

By default your customers will be able to ask for delivery anywhere in the UK, however, if you prefer to restrict deliveries to a local area you can add the start of each postcode you are able to deliver to, e.g.

  • WC1
  • WC2
  • EC1

Once you're ready, preview your site by clicking 'View Store'.
